Time to update UO Spaces and review Liaisons

LeAnna Pitts - Director of Work Management and Admin Support

Each department on campus has an appointed space coordinator (Unit Editor) responsible for entering and updating data in the UO Spaces database. The Work Control Center uses an application that pulls live contact information from UO Spaces to send notifications to occupants. Please ensure your department’s information is current so Work Control can notify the correct campus partners when work is scheduled. https://cpfm.uoregon.edu/uo-spaces-0

The Work Control Center uses the Liaison Administrator application to assign a liaison by division or unit. Fall is a great time to review your department’s assigned liaisons and notify the Work Control Center of any updates or staffing changes. https://cpfm.uoregon.edu/facilities-liaison-program
