Housing Residence Halls Student Access
- For keys and card access into Housing buildings, students must contact their Housing Service Center
- Located where they receive their mail
Specifics
- Locknetic code access is processed as needed
- Codes are manually programmed on location at the devices
- Payment by department index is required at the time of request
- Fee is $80/hour (time and material charge)
Locknetic Code Authorized Requester
- Departments and Academic Units must designate who is authorized to request access to their spaces for students, faculty, staff, and other affiliates of the UO
- Access requests will only be processed when submitted by the designated employees
- Submit the Authorization Form before submitting card access requests
- Request the authorization form by emailing keyaccess@uoregon.edu
- Once received, please fill it out entirely with the required signatures
