Facilities Liaison Program

The Facilities Liaison Program aims to facilitate communications between Campus Planning and Facilities Management and users in campus buildings. It provides a forum for discussion and resolution of related problems.

A vital aspect of the program is to educate building users about building systems and operations, empowering them to understand and contribute to the stewardship of campus facilities. Ideally, each division and unit on campus should have a designated Liaison.

The Work Control Center maintains the Facilities Liaisons in a map app tool based on Department and Unit *space assignment.  If you need updates to your division or unit contacts, please email workcontrolcenter@uoregon.edu

Some of the liaison responsibilities may include:

  • Serve as the primary contact regarding building construction and impacts and distribute notifications from the Work Control Center to building occupants.
  • Report service requests to the Work Control Center.
  • Attend biannual Facilities Liaison meetings.

*Please note that Campus Planning does not manage the liaison contacts.
