The University of Oregon supports equitable contracting. With assistance from Purchasing and Contracting Services, Design and Construction tracks contracts which employ Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUBs) in four categories:
Emerging Small Business (ESB)
Minority Business Enterprise (MBE)
Woman Business Enterprise (WBE)
Service Disabled Veteran (SDV)
Prior to final payment, Contractors and Consultants are required to fill out the Project Completion HUB Reporting Form.
