Work Management consists of three teams that play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service. The Work Control Center and Asset Reliability teams are the main point of contact for the University Enterprise Asset Management System, AiM. These two teams handle work order creation, asset/preventative maintenance management, and ensure that customer requests are processed accurately and consistently for the Academic campus. Construction Services provides the campus with cost estimates and project management for Facilities projects.
