It all started with three fundamental questions:
1. What should CPFM keep doing?
2. What should CPFM stop doing?
3. What should CPFM start doing?
Based on the belief that our front-line employees have some of the best ideas for improving our organization, cross-departmental groups came together to analyze these questions and troubleshoot solutions. It is crucial that these recommendations are developed by CPFM employees to enhance working conditions and support our Quest for the Best journey.
