Design and Construction is frequently contacted regarding access to documentation associated with projects that we are managing. State Law and Campus Policy define the steps required to access this information. If your firm is actively contracted as a participant in a project on campus, please contact Design and Construction directly for guidance as to how to access information directly pertaining to the project you are contracted to perform. Most of these request do not require a Public Records Request. If you are an individual or firm that wants information associated with a project that you are not contracted to perform services on, please submit a request per the following link and the UO Public Records Office will assist you in taking the proper steps to access the information you are looking for.
