Project Tomato
Project Tomato immerses you into local food as you go from field to fork. Students travel by bike to camp on farmland, spend time with farmers in their fields, and join the UO Urban Farm crew in the annual tomato harvest on campus. You'll cook those tomtatoes into pizza sauce in one of the UO's central kitchens, then join friends weeks later as its made into pizzas.
