In 2007, the University of Oregon received a $600,000 grant from the London-based T & J Meyer Family Foundation to establish the Meyer Fund for a Sustainable Environment. The program, supervised by the Office of Sustainability, supported sixteen sustainability related research and curriculum initiatives led by UO faculty between 2009 and 2011.
